While the hotel needs major upgrades and struggled with cleanliness and service issues, the location was convenient and some staff members were friendly. However, construction noise was a major disturbance, and inaccurate room information and safety concerns were disappointing. On the bright side, the room was spacious and comfortable, with a view of the Empire State Building, and the breakfast offered a decent selection. Fixing elevator and safety issues should be a priority for a better guest experience in the future.

The room was spacious and the location was ideal for quick access to the bus station, making it easy to travel into Manhattan. The breakfast selection, though lacking vegetables, included a nice fruit salad. The staff was helpful and friendly, which added to our overall positive experience.

Thank you everyone for a very comfortable stay for the price. The staff were all accommodating, pleasant. The accommodation had a remote location in an isolated area. Plus it was max 30 mins walk to the lake. The continental breakfast was fantastic and perfect, lots of options.

the hotel's location is fantastic - just a short bus ride to the city, and there's a shopping center with restaurants and a Walmart within walking distance. the staff were very nice and accommodating, and they even helped surprise my wife with an anniversary room decoration.

The only thing I would ask for to make it an even better vacation for senior people would be for the children of the staff to be more attentive in assisting with breakfast and kitchen services.

The room was so cozy and comfy with a plush Hyatt Grand Bed and a separate sitting area. The 42-inch flat screen HDTV with STAYCAST powered by Google Chromecast was a nice touch.

I prefer larger refrigerators in the rooms.

After a long day of exploring outlet shopping and ski runs, my family and I enjoyed unwinding at the bar off to one side of the lobby. With a flat-screen TV for watching sports games, it was the perfect place to relax and bond over our favorite teams' victories. The cozy ambiance and friendly staff made our evenings truly enjoyable.

My wife says that having an indoor play area for kids would be great for families with children.

The location was sick - we hit up this cool bar in the lobby with a huge flat-screen for sports. Plus, we went outlet shopping and hit the sick ski runs nearby. So much to do!

Great Location: the hotel was conveniently located in a bustling shopping complex, close to restaurants and a movie theater. It was also just a short distance from the Meadowlands Exposition Center and had easy access to bus stops and the airport. Early check, in and late check, out: I was pleasantly surprised to be able to check in early and even received a late check, out without any hassle. the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

Noisy and dated rooms: the room I stayed in was a bit dated and lacked proper soundproofing. I could hear noise from outside as well as from other rooms and hallways, which made it difficult to relax and sleep peacefully.
